The goal of The Bling Collection from The House of Simone is to provide our customers with quality makeup and accessories at a reasonable cost. All returns must be accompanied by a completed Return/Replacement Form and will be processed in accordance with our policies.
- You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for Bling Bucks Credit, less shipping and processing. We will pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error at which point we will offer you an Exchange or BlingBucks Credit. Example: you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. Normal wear and tear or accidental breakage caused by the Customer, which also includes handling via transport and improper storage of product is NOT covered by the return policy.
- When you receive your delivery, we encourage you to inspect it immediately. Items received/not received due to an error on the part of the Company must be reported within 7 business days and may be returned for full credit after the error has been verified by the Order and Shipping Department. If there is any damage or an error in the order or you are not 100% satisfied, please log-in to your account and generate a return authorization. Please indicate the reason for the return. (This information is required as your comments help us improve our service and product quality).
- Return completed form to Returns@blingcollection.com and also include a copy inside of the package being returned for proper credit.
- No credit will be given for sale items and other special items where notice was given, prior to sale, of nonrefundable status.
- You should expect to receive your Bling Bucks Credit, immediately upon the receipt of your returned items(s). An Exchange may take up to 10 business days to reach your shipping address.
- If you need to return an item for Exchange or Bling Bucks Credit, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Order History” link under the “My Account” menu and click the Return Item(s) button. You will receive an email with a return authorization code (RAC) and instructions for the safe return of your item.
- Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packaging the product(s) being returned so as to avoid damage, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested.
- It is the Customer’s responsibility to ship items to Bling Collection, Inc., with pre-paid postage. Bling Collection does not accept shipping-collect (C.O.D.) packages. Bling Collection will not be held liable for returns that are damaged, destroyed or lost en route back to us, so please select a secure shipping method for your returns. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The risk of loss in shipping for returned product shall be on the Customer. If returned product is not received by the Company’s warehouse, it is the responsibility of the Customer to trace the shipment.

- If the return is a result of our error, you will receive a pre-paid return label for your use. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by a completed and signed Return/Exchange Form. We’ll notify you via e-mail once your item is received and processed.
- Because the hygienic integrity of our products is of the highest importance, we cannot accept the return of opened and used cosmetic items. All compact color trays and refill items are packed in clear packaging; therefore, there is no need to open the package if the color is not what you ordered. Simply return the unopened cosmetic item for a prompt Exchange or BlingBucks Credit.
- While we are aware that some companies do offer returns on used items, we are similarly aware that some of these merchants will then resell the same used merchandise. To ensure that our customers only receive product in unused, pristine condition, we do not engage in this practice. Please contact us to receive a return authorization prior to sending back any merchandise. This policy pertains strictly to all merchandise, including products containing alcohol (i.e. SpotLight Nail Shine).
- Any merchandise that arrives damaged or is missent to our customers will be immediately replaced, and no additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer. Please report any damaged products immediately upon receipt, so that the appropriate claims can be filed with our shipping companies. Neglecting to do so and/or use of the products despite the damage constitutes acceptance of the item in the condition it arrives in, and renders us unable to file the appropriate claim, which can result in the refusal of your Exchange or BlingBucks Credit request.
- No replacement, credit or exchange of product will be made if the conditions of these rules are not met.
